Alukap-SS High Span Glazing Bars

Alukap®-SS High Span Glazing Bar has a free-spanning range of up to 6 metres, bettering possibly every other available self-supporting glazing bar. Use them to create much more usable spaces with fewer posts and other supports. 

The Alukap®-SS High Span Bar is extruded to deliver a high structural spanning strength providing the ultimate glazing bar system for all commercial, residential and public building structures and canopies. Additionally, Alukap®-SS is designed to work well with Axiome®
polycarbonate sheet, single glass glazing and double glazed units. All glazing options work perfectly with the Alukap®-SS wall plate and eaves beam structures too. 

Made entirely from quality powder-coated aluminium, the Alukap®-SS glazing system is a low weight, high strength structure that withstands the toughest and most challenging of environments. 

With its combination of clean and neat aesthetics, you can rely on the Alukap®-SS Glazing Bar System to suit a wide range of commercial, residential and public structures.

The main top bar comes pre-drilled for quick installation. There is a full-width aluminium snap-down cover cap to conceal all the fixings and pre-lubricated gaskets.  There is a metal end cap to reduce glazing slippage.

Choose Alukap®-SS low profile bars for shorter spans of between 3m and 4m. 

Choose Alukap-SS wall and gable bars for a suitable finish to the upper part of the glazing beams at wall abutments and gable ends.
