Where is my order ?

You can find your Order Reference number and Estimated Delivery Date at the top of your Order Confirmation email. If you have chosen to use our Next or Named day delivery service, your delivery date will show at the top of your Order Confirmation email.

As soon as we despatch your order we will email to let you know.  In this email we will tell you which courier is bringing your order and provide a link so you can track its progress to your door.  We normally use TNT.

Our couriers will also email you to let you know delivery details. They will also provide you with an option to reschedule delivery to a more convenient date, in case you need to do this.

Another way you can track your order as it with our couriers is by entering your Order Reference number and postcode via their sites:

Alternatively, you can also see which courier is delivering your order by signing into your Account.  Once you're logged in click on 'My Account' link which is in the top right corner. 


We still have some orders left to despatch that should have gone out in December '21 that we are working 24h a day to complete.

All our orders are created by hand in our Workshop and with Covid prevalent in the community, and staff having to quarantine - unfortunately, this reduces our capacity with no warning. Therefore, we are currently playing catchup. Our manufacturing team are working 24h a day, 7 days a week to remedy this.

Our customer services team are also running at 50% capacity for the very same reason and are trying to respond to everyone who sends an enquiry through as fast as we can.

We expect to be on top of the situation in the next week or two and really do appreciate your patience and understanding.
