Delivery and Returns


Our business is about getting the right plastic to you in top condition, when you want it. Our super sturdy packaging, with the help of our couriers, should mean your plastic arrives safe and sound. If it doesn't, we'll send more. 

 

Delivery


We offer standard, next day and named day delivery services.  

We offer a 1 hour delivery time slot on most of our orders sized under 1m. When your order is on its way you will receive a link to re-arrange this time to better suit if you wish.  

Our larger orders are delivered via specialist couriers and we will email you the day before their delivery.  

Whichever delivery option you choose, you will see your expected delivery date before you checkout. If you choose our standard delivery, this date is an estimate.
 

Special Offer: Standard Delivery - £5.00
All orders are delivered using our standard delivery service unless you choose our next day or named day services.  
 
Standard delivery is usually within 3 days. Orders with optional extras or cut-to-shape pieces are usually delivered within 5 working days. Standard delivery dates are estimated so please allow time to receive and check your order before you need to use the material or before contractors are due to begin work.

There are certain postcodes where we cannot deliver to at our offer price of £5. They are postcodes with prefix letters PA and PH (charged at £30) and BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PO Isle of Wight, TR and ZE (charged at £40). 


Next Day Delivery -  £15.00
We can deliver orders for clear acrylic, polycarbonate (up to 12mm thick) and silver acrylic mirror next day.  Where next day delivery is available we will offer you this choice during checkout. 

Please order before 1pm.  Orders received after 1pm will be delivered the following working day after. Working days are Monday to Friday; weekends and public holidays are excluded.


Named Day Delivery - £15.00
We can also deliver on your chosen day to make it easier for you to be home when your order arrives. As you checkout, choose the date you'd like us to deliver on and we'll work to that.


Our next and named day services are unavailable to postcodes with prefix letters BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, PO Isle of Wight, TR and ZE. This is because our couriers require more time.

  
Safe Delivery
If we think that your order cannot be delivered safely using our standard service, we will contact you to let you know and discuss the delivery options with you. This normally is only the case for orders so large they need to be delivered on a pallet.  

We recommend you allow time between receiving your delivery and starting any work in case any part of your order needs to be replaced.


Collection
You are welcome to collect your order at our Trade Counter - please select this option during checkout.  This service is free.

Our Trade Counter is open from 8am until 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8am until 3pm on Fridays. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays.

 

Your Special Instructions

About Delivery
If you have specific delivery instructions, please leave them in the ‘Order Delivery Notes’ box as you  checkout.  Notes left here are sent to our couriers.  Please note couriers are unable to call you prior to your delivery and are unable to accept new delivery information once your order has left us.  

About Your Order
If you have specific information about the production of your order (eg. the size of drilled holes or the radius of rounded corners) please tell us in the ‘Order Notes’ box during checkout.  Please note delivery instructions should be left in the 'Order Delivery Notes' box only. 


When you place an order with us you can expect:

  • an email from us confirming your purchase

  • an email from us when your order is on its way

  • your order to arrive safely in excellent condition.

That's because we invest in a careful packaging and delivery service:

  • we carefully cover your plastic to safeguard it during transit

  • we add extra protection around all corners, which are more vulnerable

  • we finish our protective packaging with a sturdy outer

  • we send your plastic to you using reputable tracked services

  • our plastic is also protected by film on both sides so when you receive it simply peel this off to reveal your plastic.
     

 

Receiving Your Delivery

Someone needs to sign for your order as it is delivered. If you are out when our courier delivers they will leave a card for you to contact them with details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery for a more convenient time.

If you know you're not going to be in, you can always provide an alternative delivery address as you place your order with us. For example, a neighbours, relatives or work address.

Please note that we cannot cover the cost of any onward delivery or shipping costs once your item has been delivered by our carriers.
 

Returns and Refunds

We aim to please and hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.  However, if your order is imperfect or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 14 days  to let us know and we'll either refund or exchange for you. 

Please keep the protective film on the plastic and don't try to use it.

If you want to return plastic to us the cost of doing so is your responsibility.  We recommend that you use a delivery service which insures the value of the order as the plastic remains your responsibility until it reaches us at:

Damages

We take great care packing our orders to make sure that your delivery reaches you in perfect condition.

If your order arrives with any signs of damage, please sign for it as DAMAGED.  Please email a photograph of the damage along with your order number within 3 days and we will sort out a refund or replacement for you.

Please keep your packaging and do not use the damaged goods, so they can be collected and returned to us if necessary.
 

Cancellations & Amendments

If you need to cancel or amend your order, contact us quoting your order reference number within 14 days of the day you receive the goods and we'll exchange or refund it for you.

Please note orders for bespoke cut to size or shape plastic are excluded from this and we are unable to cancel or amend these orders once they have been placed.

If your order has already been processed when you email us with a change, you will need to return the goods to us in their original condition using the Returns procedure above.

Important Details

  • If your order is faulty we will cover all delivery costs; if you are returning products that are not faulty then the cost of returning the plastic to us is your responsibility.
  • Cut to shape or size orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are incorrect or faulty. 
  • Before returning any item to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please do not try to use the plastic and keep the protective film on. Please also use original packaging where possible.
