Here at The Plastic People, we are big fans of DIY projects and sustainable home improvements. We get incredibly excited when our customers want to breathe new life into old items to prevent waste!

Vintage Coffee Trunk Table
 
Refurbing coffee tables is easy with acrylic. A cut to size panel can be placed atop a range of different home items to create a bespoke and stylish addition to your living space. Previously, customers have used coffee trunks, storage crates, and other square items.
 
Upcycled Picture Frames
 
When one customer came to us with an idea to improve an old picture, we thought they were a genius! The addition of a few cut to size plastic mirror panels helped revitalise an old picture frame and turn it into a feature home décor piece. They even painted the frame to give it a more ‘distressed’ aesthetic.
 
Bedroom Furniture
 
Furniture protectors and table top covers are the perfect addition to old home items. If you have a scratched and stained bedside cabinet or chest of drawers, add an acrylic panel to make the product look brand new!
