10mm thick clear acrylic has been used in strips to allow easy stocking of this amazing cake display.
 
Oyster Cabinet
Thank you to Loch Fyne Oyster Bar in the Scottish Highlands for this fabulous photograph of a lift up acrylic door that they have made for one of their glass food display counters. Made from 10mm clear acrylic the door will be extremely hard wearing but light enough to be practical for constant use.
