The Sierra patio cover is an aesthetic, multi-purpose, maintenance free roofing solution allowing for various outdoor uses such as a balcony or patio cover, sunlounge, door awning etc.
The Sierra is a high performance structure, with flexible positioning, enabling you to set your required height at the wall connection, the distance from the house and between the oval poles at the front. It was designed to be simply assembled by 2 people, using the sliding panel system for safe and simple assembly; it requires no experience, no special skills and no special tools.

DIY Assembly
Assembly is safe, quick and easy with polycarbonate roof panels sliding into place. All ready to assemble profiles are pre-drilled and screws included. Assembly requires no experience, no special skills and no special tools.
Anchoring is included – secure the patio cover to the surface (must be solid level surface) of your choosing.
Flexible positioning poles enable you to set your required height at the wall connection, the distance from the house and between the poles at the front. Wall mounting plate is adjustable to meet your desired height allowing a flexible positioning of the roof slope so snow and rain can slide off. Adjustable oval poles allow for ideal positioning.

We offer three delivery options, Standard (from £9.96), Next Day (from £24.00) and Named Day (from £33.00). Delivery options will be dependent on material availability, lead-time and geographic location.
When ordering, an estimated delivery date will be offered before payment. Depending on material, any fabrication work needed (polished edges, drilled holes, rounded corners) and geographic location; you'll have the opportunity to choose a delivery option to suit you at checkout. You can even collect in-person.
To track your DX consignment have your tracking number, calling card number, consignment number or customer reference ready. You may also be asked for your delivery postcode.

Yes. When proceeding to check-out you'll have the option of collection, we are based in Leeds (LS9 0DX). Our Collection Point is open from 8.00am until 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am until 3.00pm on Fridays. We are closed on weekends and bank holidays. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect.
Protective Films
All plastic sheet products will have a Clear, Blue or White protective film on both sides or a combination of all three. This is to protect during transit and needs removing before usage. Sometimes it can be difficult to peel off but use a thumbnail gently on any corner to lift and peel. Alternatively gently wet any corner with a cloth to separate film and peel.
Adhesives & Sealants
When using any adhesives or sealants with your plastic sheet product great care must be taken in ensuring its compatibility. Some products can react adversely and either not bond/seal properly or would cause the acrylic to cloud or become white at the bond line. Refer to our web pages for advice if unsure. Check your sealant/adhesives ‘use by date’ to ensure its still current for best performance in your project.
Delivery Damages
You have 14 days from receiving your order to report any visible damages. Please email a photograph of the damage along with your order number and contact details as soon as possible to service@theplasticpeople.co.uk. We'll arrange a refund or replacement for you as soon as we receive this. Please keep your packaging and do not use the damaged goods, so they can be collected and returned to us if necessary.
