Just to say thanks for all your help with the ordering and delivery of the greenhouse. It arrived today as you promised. I wanted to say thanks particularly for replying to all my queries and getting back to me on everything you promised to. I really appreciated your attention and customer service. I am taking the greenhouse to France at the weekend, and looking forward to putting it together. I am presuming all the instructions for assembly are in the package? I will let you know if we have a problem and I am sure you will be able to point me in the direction of further help or advice. I do have one small complaint, which I wanted to make you aware of. The greenhouse arrived as promised and my mum (a 75 year old pensioner) was there to receive it and to oversee it being put in her garage. Unfortunately, she has described the delivery man to me as off-hand in the extreme. I understand she did not keep him waiting more than three minutes as she opened the garage door, but he was surly and charmless, making her feel very uncomfortable. My mum does not complain lightly. I know these are not your staff, but as you are buying their services I thought you should know. Your customer service has been fab - unfortunately your delivery partners could do with adopting the same approach. Many thanks again,
